Responsibilities

  • Lead the management, operations, training, coaching and support of a cross-program team of GCS MMS Account Strategists and Account Executives.
  • Manage, inspire, and motivate a team of client-facing and Googlers, supporting career development and growth.
  • Deliver business growth, engagement and ensure high client satisfaction while meeting or exceeding goals associated with these objectives, including Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and relevant product adoption goals.
  • Strengthen client relations through key C-level meetings, reviews and speaking engagements.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of sales experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
  • Experience in a people management role leading sales teams.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
  • Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics or e-commerce, with an understanding of e-commerce dynamics.
  • Ability to model and coach sales behaviors including executive level engagement, effective questioning, objection managing, offerings, including track record in commercial teams.
  • Ability to self-initiate and grow in a rapidly changing environment, and excellent problem-solving skills.
