The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead technical and commercial engagements with enterprise customers, from initial discovery and solution architecture to contract negotiation and implementation oversight.
- Design and architect innovative, cloud-based solutions that address business issues, leveraging expertise in infrastructure, data analytics, and application development.
- Build and present compelling proofs-of-concept (POCs) and technical demonstrations to showcase the value and feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams including customer engineers, product managers, and partners to ensure implementation and customer adoption. Externally, cultivate and maintain C-level relationships, acting as a primary technical advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and their leadership teams.
- Drive business growth by growing spend within the existing customer base and acquiring new enterprise logos.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 Years of experience in a client-facing technical role such as a Technology Sales, Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, or Executive Sales Engineer.
- Experience identifying AI use cases to solve customer issues or selling AI technology to clients.
- Experience with cloud technologies including infrastructure, database, and analytics services.
- Experience with commercial and legal negotiations, working with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams.
- Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams (technical and non-technical).
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience designing and building production-grade applications on public cloud platforms or 10 years selling cloud technology.
- Experience with modern application development practices, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Experience working with internal and external technical leads to inventory software estates, define migration plans, and build business cases.
- Experience growing an existing customer base and acquiring new logos to increase spend and accelerate consumption business.
- Experience cultivating C-level relationships and collaborating with executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go).
