
IT Support & Asset Management Analyst
What you can expect
The IT Support and Asset Management Analyst manages the global lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring accurate inventory, tracking, and compliance. This role works with vendors and internal teams to maintain records, analyze data, and improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness, while supporting IT governance, risk management, and strategic decision-making.
About the Team
You’ll be part of a highly engaged IT support team that combines deep technical expertise with a service mindset. The team is experience-driven, proactive, and focused on delivering reliable, user-centric IT solutions across the organization.
What we’re looking for
Have 2+ years of experience in IT asset management or a related role.
Demonstrate knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices.
Show familiarity with international supply chain, logistics, software licensing agreements and compliance requirements.
Have effective troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Be able to work collaboratively in a team and independently. Demonstrate good communication skills.
Have the following certifications: IT Hardware Asset Management (CHAMP) from IAITAM.org, ITIL Foundation Certification, Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) (considered a bonus).
Have familiarity with ServiceNow as an ITSM and Oracle financial system and enterprise’s export-import of domestic and international laws(considered a bonus).
