As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. This includes bringing together the best of Google’s artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with commodity managers, engineering, operations and leadership to orchestrate supply chain strategies that balance cost, speed-to-market, and resilience while implementing risk-mitigations.
  • Lead supply chain execution to ensure 100% material availability for seamless New Product Introduction (NPI) transitions and high-volume production ramps.
  • Chair supply chain readiness reviews to identify bottlenecks and navigate trade-offs between technical requirements, supply risks and financial constraints.
  • Architect data-motivated frameworks and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to manage supply chain health performance, transform raw supply chain data into insights and executive-level reports.
  • Standardize and scale materials management processes across all product lines and manufacturing sites to ensure global operational consistency and scalability.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with supply chain management, materials program management and procurement.
  • 5 years of experience in the electronics or consumer hardware industry.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master’s degree.
  • Experience in Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) management, with excellent problem-solving skills to resolve operational tests.
  • Ability to build relationships, operate across functions, and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, along with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent supply chain program management skills, ensuring efficient execution and delivery of key initiatives.
