- Develop and implement strategic go-to-market approaches for Amazon Connect, targeting UK FSI customers in Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance enterprises
- Engage with executive leadership to understand complex business challenges and propose innovative cloud solutions
- Serve as the primary business specialist for agentic customer experiences within UK Enterprise FSI
- Craft compelling value propositions that directly address customer needs and demonstrate AWS's unique capabilities
- Collaborate with global system integrators to deliver transformative programs

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in technology-related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences and at C-level, including training, workshops, publications
- Experience in the financial services industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large complex deal negotiations with a successful track record
- Experience selling AI/ML solutions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines
- Experience partnering with multiple business leaders in a complex and fast-paced business setting which is in high growth mode
