Key job responsibilities
- Develop and organize production plans aligned with demand forecasts
- Manage delivery commitments for internal and external customers, ensuring timely product delivery
- Handle demand & supply variability, including forecasts, strategic inventory allocations, and backlog consumption
- Collaborate with engineering teams and suppliers to understand bill of materials (BOM) components, identify and manage long lead-time parts, coordinate additional and alternative sources for materials and capacity
- Provide and oversee loading plans and production releases to offshore subcontractors
- Orchestrate planning, scheduling, tracking, and expediting of materials with wafer foundries, IC assembly and test houses, module contract manufacturers and component suppliers
- Maintain and update critical data, including charts and reports, work-in-progress (WIP) status, inventory levels, supply availability, shortage lists
- Engage with manufacturing partners to enhance delivery performance

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
