Dell’s new AI Innovation Center organization is responsible for shaping our AI & Data initiatives, ensuring they align with broader Dell Technologies strategy and business outcomes while laying the foundation for bringing our "AI-In, -On, -For, -With" strategic framework to life. Innovative projects that deliver cutting edge results do not run themselves. Our team manages complex projects and programs ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We set and oversee initial plans, set budgets, priorities, track project activities, and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.

What you’ll achieve
The AI Dojo team is a full-stack Extreme Agile R&D team. Our developers work in many different coding languages and frameworks and with every layer of the SW stack. The team uses pair programming, test driven development, and other DevOps practices to rapidly develop meaningful proof of concepts (POC), internal tools and services, and more. This team is a good fit for someone who wants to pair program and collaborate closely with other developers on the team every day.
You will:
The AI Software Engineering Co-Op program is a 6-month, full-time co-op running from July-December.
You will work collaboratively with your fellow co-op participants and experienced developers, leveraging pair programming and agile methodology
Work on cutting-edge projects and technologies in the AI ecosystem
You will be supported by technical subject matter experts, mentors, and peer advisors that will provide day-to-day support, grow your Dell network, and assimilate you into the Dell and team culture

Essential Requirements:
Pursuing a Master’s Degree in Engineering, Technology or Computer Science related degree
Strong understanding of Machine Learning/AI Ops Engineering and knowledge of the Software Development Cycle
Familiarity with Jira, Extreme Programming, CICD, Jenkins, Agile Ideas (Scrum, Waterfall, etc)
Highly motivated with a learning mindset and interest in the latest technologies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills that will make you a great collaborator in a global team environment
Desirable Requirements:
Full Stack Programming (Java, Golang, Rust, etc)
Container: Orchestration, Docker, Kubernetes
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay rate for this position is $46.33.
