Google is seeking a results-oriented Supply Chain Program Manager to support the readiness and execution of our Supplier Enablement strategy. As a critical member of the Equipment Supply Chain organization, you will drive the operational execution of supplier life-cycle management, compliance, and performance tracking.

In this role, you will act as a key operational partner between Google and its suppliers, ensuring efficient onboarding, data integrity, and seamless contract execution. You will leverage your expertise in sourcing operations to maintain processes that ensure our supply base is compliant, performant, and scalable to meet Google's ambitious data center build-out goals.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end supply chain readiness, inventory strategies, and "clear-to-build" status to enable the global production ramp of data center equipment.
  • Design and institutionalize scalable frameworks and processes to optimize capacity, reduce lead times, and manage material flow across the global network.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for suppliers, managing production schedules, purchase orders, and strategic material commitments to ensure on-time project delivery.
  • Identify supply chain risks and execute mitigation strategies while maintaining comprehensive documentation of global supply maps, procurement models, and logistics.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Planning, and Category Managers to drive continuous process improvements, system optimizations, and represent the supply chain organization in program updates.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or operations roles within a high-volume, manufacturing or technology environment.
  • 1 year of experience in supply chain, including full product launches (NPI) and managing product phase-outs (EOL).
  • Experience across all phases of a product life-cycle from prototype to mass production to end-of-life.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in data center, construction, hyperscale cloud infrastructure, or large-scale capital equipment supply chains.
  • Experience in negotiating early funding and managing capacity across multiple, global suppliers.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering products and managing projects.
  • Ability to customize communications based on the audience, interacting effectively with technical, non-technical, and executive groups.
  • Ability to grow within highly ambiguous and unstructured environments by employing critical thinking and sound judgment to drive results.
