Product Manager, Google One Growth

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.
One of the many reasons Google consistently brings innovative, world-changing products to market is because of the collaborative work we do in Product Management. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
Responsibilities
- Define the product outlook, strategy, and road map for the Google One growth platform, which powers our user communication and promotion engine across multiple channels (e.g., in-product promotions, emails, push notifications).
- Lead the next generation of the growth platform to enable sophisticated, personalized user journeys and campaigns, driving user engagement and adoption of Google One benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Engineering, UX, Data Science, and Marketing to define requirements, manage project execution, and launch new products and features.
- Define and own the product strategy for ensuring Google One's compliance with evolving regulations across multiple countries and regions. Partner with legal to stay informed of regulatory changes and translate them into product requirements.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 7 years of experience as a product manager building products.
- Experience with launching app metrics and experiences on the App store and Play store.
- Experience in SQL, statistical analysis along with the ability to iterate with experimentation.
- Ability to initiate, develop and build support for ideas.
- Excellent collaboration skills with other functions (e.g., marketing, user experience, engineering, program management and data scientists).
