Account Strategist, Mid-Market Sales, Google Customer Solutions (English, Finnish)
The Mid-Market Sales (MMS) team is a critical growth engine for clients in Google Customer Solutions (GCS) designed to grow medium and large sized fast growing businesses in Finland. Through long-term relationship development, we are dedicated to understanding the business goals by providing advertising solutions to drive business success.
Mid-Market Sales (MMS) Account Strategists are front-line promoters who represent Google. Using an understanding of clients business goals, Account Strategists improve campaign performance, drive thoughtful Google product adoption, and build short- and medium-term strategies to meet business and marketing objectives. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and investigative abilities enable you to design transformative media strategies for growth based on the customer objectives. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber solution promoting, partnership management and analysis to deliver successful business outcomes. Using your commercial acumen, you uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and achieve their objectives while managing incremental business agreements through our industry leading advertising solutions.

Responsibilities
- Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals.
- Own a portfolio of medium and large size businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
- Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
- Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
- Manage stakeholders, build relationships with the end customer or agencies.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Finnish fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience pitching and consulting customers to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
- Experience customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
- Experience in stakeholder management, building relationships with end customers or agencies.
- Ability to own an advertising or media sales portfolio in Finland, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
