The Global Incentives team is a driver behind our commercial strategy, designing and executing programs (i.e. video incentive program, media trials program, media readiness program) that drive business results for our partners and customers.

In this role, you will be the chief architect of the promoter experience when it comes to incentives. You will turn program goals into a high-performance reality for our global business teams. You will spot an operational bottleneck and replace it with a scalable, frictionless framework that makes impossible logistics look easy. By bridging the gap between design and execution, you will eliminate administrative drag and empower our promoters with the seamless processes and documentation they need to succeed on a global stage.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Understand program workflows to identify and resolve bottlenecks; build scalable frameworks across the portfolio to streamline operations.
  • Serve as the architect for program delivery, overseeing timelines, contract development, and establish rigorous success metrics to quantify the friction reduced through enhancements.
  • Drive operational excellence partnering with stakeholders to integrate new use cases and oversee support teams, ensuring all execution is streamlined to provide a frictionless experience for our global promoters.
  • Collaborate with support teams to ensure our support hubs, materials and step-by-step promoter guides for critical incentive tools and processes are user-friendly.
  • Develop and manage temporary operational tools, such as dashboards and trackers, to maintain workflows while long-term product development is in progress.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience building or optimizing operational workflows and process mapping documentation, using a proactive approach to recognize needs and developing solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to translate program needs into system requirements or temporary bridge solutions.
  • Experience working on large and cross-functional projects while managing multiple competing priorities in an ambiguous environment.
  • Experience in SQL for data extraction and advanced BI tools (like Tableau or Looker) to build functional trackers and performance dashboards.
  • Ability to engage with internal stakeholders and lead through influence vs. authority with cross-functional partners.
