Regional Product Lead, Data Strengths, GCS Agency (English, Mandarin)
Product and Sales Activation (PSA) is a collaborative group of individuals who work hard to deliver at-scale, customer focused priorities, transfer product knowledge to our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sellers, and influence product design for the GCS segment. By liaising with our partner teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product/Engineering, Sales Finance, Education, Large Customer Sales), the PSA team works to equip GCS Sales with the information, training, collateral, and opportunities needed for future growth and to ensure that our customers needs are addressed and expressed to client/product teams and by architecting the global standard for how we support GCS customers.
In this role, you will help to scale the adoption of Data Strength solutions across the APAC region by directly working with GCS Agency team and their external partners. You will influence executive business stakeholders, work cross-functionally to direct the measurement activation strategy to meet the priorities of the business. You will influence cross-functional teams while building and delivering the best go-to-market (GTM) plan for Data Strength solutions.

Responsibilities
- Deliver on key drivers and metrics to reach quarterly and annual measurement solution adoption goals for the APAC region.
- Design and lead an effective GTM strategy that includes internal and external enablement to accelerate the measurement capability of regional agency teams.
- Co-pitch priority measurement solutions to strategic agency partners and customers alongside Agency SAMs to ensure high-impact results and long-term regional growth.
- Work cross-functionally in the region and globally to lead and deliver on foundational measurement business priorities for the APAC Agency group. Effectively work with Business Development teams to build the partner ecosystem for data strength within the APAC market. Shape the product roadmap by sharing feedback with Global Product Leads.
- Lead foundational measurement product training by developing scalable enablement levers to manage objections and minimize measurement knowledge gaps.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
- Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with Google Ads measurement solutions: (e.g., Google Tag Gateway, Enhanced Conversions for Leads, Ads Data Manager, GA4).
- Ability to work, collaborate and influence cross-functionally.
- Ability to set a goal and translate these into tactical quarterly and annual goals.
- Ability to travel within the APAC region in case of business priority.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem solving skills, with the ability to develop and lead operational and strategic GTM initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive management and product teams.
