Platform and Devices (P&D) Enterprise Go-To-Market Strategy and Operations team acts as thought partner to Chrome OS, Cameyo, and Browser GTM leadership to promote adoption of these solutions to enterprise customers. We provide data analytics to craft the GTM strategy, as well as insights and operational leverage to ensure their success. We work cross-functionally with sales/channel, marketing, product management, and finance to ensure the success of the P&D enterprise businesses globally.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate cross-functional issues and promising growth initiatives by developing frameworks to assess trade-offs, leveraging data to ensure objective decision-making, and promoting collective cross-functional engagement.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the GTM teams, specifically defining or tracking Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), pipeline tracking, and centralized business activity reporting. Turn buiness insights into growth initiatives and lead programs.
  • Communicate data-driven recommendations to leadership and to the broader organization by preparing presentations and identifying key takeaways.
  • Contribute to annual planning process including refining 1 and 5 year forecasts, assessing holistic GTM strategy, and working with leads to land investment decisions.
  • Contribute to driving alignment of GTM strategy with executive leadership through regular cadences.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Experience designing presentations, managing structured meeting cadences, and paying attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a fluid environment with cross-functional teams.
