The Global Incentives team drives our commercial strategy, designing and executing programs (e.g., Video Incentive Program, Media Trials Program, Media Readiness Program) which drive business results for our partners and customers. Our mission is to build global incentives including tools, systems, workflows and communications which allows our incentive programs to scale with speed and precision.
In this role, you’ll turn raw engaged intelligence and market signals into incentive programs for global scale. You will lead the charge in prototyping new concepts and running lean tests to prove their value. Orchestrating at the intersection of product, engineering, and sales, you will act as a primary incubator for the next generation of global incentives. You will translate complex local market nuances into clear strategic goals, while making the tough calls necessary to keep our resources focused on the highest-priority opportunities.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Analyze internal and external feedback and produce materials to inform future iterations and use cases.
- Establish standardized frameworks for manual incentive pilots to bridge product gaps and gather market signals without requiring immediate engineering resources.
- Define and drive alignment on success metrics to evaluate pilot performance, analyze real-time market signals to provide Go/No-Go recommendations for global scaling.
- Develop the strategic blueprint and operational frameworks for transitioning mature pilot programs to a core program owner once they reach stability.
- Consult with regional leads to understand unique market-by-market issues and deploy competitive, sustainable incentive models that maintain global consistency while allowing for regional specifications.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
- 2 years of experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Program management experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on complex, and cross-functional projects while managing multiple competing priorities in an ambiguous environment.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and advanced spreadsheet software or BI tools (like Tableau or Looker) to build functional trackers.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
- Ability to engage with internal stakeholders and lead through influence vs. authority, especially on contentious topics, to reach consensus.
- Exceptional entrepreneurial approach to recognizing needs, solving problems, and anticipating issues with excellent business acumen.
