Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands.

As the Product Strategy and Operations Lead, you will be a trusted partner responsible for managing the rhythm of the business, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the seamless execution of operational priorities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $214,000-$302,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive the annual and quarterly strategic planning (OKRs), lead high-priority cross-functional projects, and track progress against key business initiatives while resolving roadblocks.
  • Design and manage the agendas and follow-ups for leadership meetings, all-hands, and offsites, and serve as a proxy for the VP in key meetings.
  • Oversee headcount planning, allocation, hiring, and streamline communication and reporting processes.
  • Drive the adoption of product management best practices, implement a consistent product development framework, and ensure teams maintain customer-facing roadmaps.
  • Prepare review materials (e.g., QBRs and product deep dives), draft high-quality internal/external communications, and act as a central point of contact to facilitate decision-making and strategic alignment with partners across engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
  • Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree, PhD, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
