Partner Account Manager, Fuse EMEA
The Partner Management team (Fuse) within Amazon’s Corporate Business Development group enables partners across multiple verticals to resell our subscription services. You will work with Amazon partners across Europe and have a direct impact on end customers. Our partners leverage Amazon’s services to drive differentiated offerings for their customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Partner Account Manager to manage a selection of our smaller partnerships across EMEA. This role may also include helping on and managing partner launches as well as management of a broad selection of partner requirements (including automating certain requirements) across EMEA.
You will work collaboratively as part of the team while learning to work independently, building trust with internal teams and external partners. A key part of this role will be utilizing new and existing systems and technology to drive a lower cost to serve with these partnerships, including incorporating new technology to facilitate a scaled approach to partner onboarding and management throughout the customer lifecycle. This position is based in London, UK and reports to the Head of EU Fuse, based in London, but will also be supporting our team in Dubai and our Head of MEA on some of our partnerships based in the MEA region.

Key job responsibilities
As a Partner Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for a defined set of partnerships, surfacing performance and growth insights across the business and managing day to day and more programmatic requirements and enquiries.
- Dive into the data to understand insights and learnings and share these with your manager and teammates to help shape strategy and approach with these partnerships,
- Help build and execute clear plans to manage these partnerships at scale, developing an understanding of the headroom within each opportunity and longer term plans with key partnerships
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver efficiency of campaign management and asset approvals for our partners across Prime, Prime Video, and more
- Work with partners across the region to understand their customers and business, and support the end-to-end delivery of partner launches
- Support end-to-end execution and reporting on partnerships throughout the lifecycle, including work-back schedules, stakeholder approvals, asset/content set-up, and launch
- Contribute to efficient, repeatable mechanisms that improve the operational efficiency of the team
- Requires an active, innovatory and persistent use of new technology to reduce cost to serve
- Support optimization of partnerships from launch through to sustaining efforts, offer discoverability, comms frequency, and SOV
- Dive into the customer journey to help deliver a great experience and make improvements where necessary.
- Support the execution of go-to-market plans with partners and internal teams.
- Help maintain communication channels with and through partners and stakeholders.
- Learn from and share best practices that benefit other partners, teams and marketplaces.
Partner Managers are partner-facing, working with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders. In this role you will help with:
- Supporting the day-to-day requirements of account management with these partnerships;
- Planning and executing Prime and Prime Video campaigns and initiatives with partners to support short and medium-term performance;
- Tracking and reporting on insights and learnings on partner and campaign performance regularly;
- Collaborating with central marketing and tech teams on solutions including automation and CX enhancement initiatives to manage a number of partnerships more efficiently and with less individual bespoke effort.
Basic Qualifications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above
- Experience using data and analytics to understand business outcomes and drive strategy
- Experience in a customer-facing or partner-facing marketing role
- Experience analysing customer experience flows or customer journeys
- Experience contributing to multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns focused on growth or performance marketing
- Experience using new technology and AI to deliver efficiency gains.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with centralized or cross-marketplace marketing teams
