Product Launch Consultant

Our approach to security and software evolves with industry and innovation, and this role is central to where we're headed.  Building off a strong foundation with years of learnings, data and insights, we’re innovating our product launch approach to drive new growth through Dell and its strategic partnerships.

Based in our Texas office(s), the Consult for Product Launch role requires someone who drives strategy, brings new ideas, and turns both into reality across a diverse cross-functional ecosystem.  This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that requires someone who can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution while working fluidly across organizational boundaries to collectively achieve results.

You will:

  • Execute on commercial security launch plans for critical partnership. You'll support the delivery of our product launch plans to ensure sales enablement, customer and market awareness, and amplifications internally and externally (Training, Events, Comms, Collateral, Digital, Competitive Intelligence, Press, Social, and more), tell clear stories with data to inform leadership decisions, and focus on driving incremental market reach and impressions in a competitive tech landscape

  • Orchestrate work across teams. A notable portion of your time will be spent coordinating, influencing, and driving alignment across numerous cross-functional partners. You will also integrate security strategies across existing teams for cohesive positioning

  • Learn Lean Software Development processes such as Agile, Scrum and Kanban as well as OLP processes

  • Author strategy docs, such as train the trainer decks, blogs, and coordinate across stakeholder teams with external vendors for white papers, customer presentations, etc

  • Present strategic product launch communications across multiple stakeholder organizations, such as 411s and flash alerts.

  • Leverage data driven decision making to improve strategic launch plans, such as learn page traffic, social media impressions, and training NPS scores
