What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing initial plans, setting budgets, supervising project activities and communicating achievements to key partners.
You will:
- Owns execution and adoption for HW/FW/SW suppliers including TPRM integration within business processes.
- Prioritize supplier tiers; plan sequencing; manage dependencies.
- Coordinate pods; ensure process fit (onboarding/scope‑change/renewal/termination) and lead workstream plan; rollout calendar; training/comms for HW/FW/SW stakeholders.
- EU CRA risk Vetting Lead
- QBR/Program lead on CAP program
- Provide forum for operational updates from Risk Vetting program
- Assess AI opportunities
- Deliver risk sensing capability

Essential Requirements
- Experience driving successful worldwide product launches and schedules from the Business Contract (BC) stage of the development process through Ready to Ship (RTS)
- Ability to lead cross-functional team while building a cross functional workstream plan, coordinate pods and ensure clear acceptance criteria
- Stakeholder & change management, driving adoption via playbook, comms, training etc
- Familiarity with process and technology design to support embedding requirements into business processes,
- Risk Identification and Analysis: Ability to identify, assess, and prioritize risks within the supply chain.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with contracting, project tracking and exception protocols
Ability to lead EU CRA vetting & QBRs - Excellent communication skills alongside automation & tooling knowledge
Desirable Requirements
- Leadership: Capability to lead cross-functional teams and drive compliance initiatives. Results orientated.
- Excellent understanding of competitors and their products as well as potential partner relationships for Business Development
