Job Description:
- Seeking a skilled and independent technician to manage, maintain, and optimize critical assets during shift operations with minimal supervision.
- This role requires a self-motivated professional capable of ensuring continuous asset performance and implementing sustainable maintenance practices.
- Ensure seamless transition between shifts through clear communication and documentation.
- Respond to critical asset failures and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance asset reliability and operational efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues independently using established protocols and personal expertise.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience: -
- Diploma in Mechatronics, Electronic, Mechanical or any related field.
- Experience in testing and back end equipment, IC assembly processing, metallurgy tools and operating tester is an added advantage.
Skills: -
Self-driven and ability multi-task in complexity environment.
Decision Making and Judgment.
Computer Systems: MS word, excel, PPT, Email.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication, able to provide comprehensive update on work progress and also data compilation.
Leadership and Teamwork: Self-sufficiency, able to manage the stakeholders, able to work well with co-workers.
Knowledge: Engineering, logistic and process knowledge for excursion/Qual activities mentioned above.
