About the team and the role:

eBay, Inc. seeks Manager, Marketing 1 in New York, NY

What you will accomplish:

Job Duties: Manage and grow the team’s marketing campaign activity in Microsoft Bing. Hire for newly allocated roles in this space. Guide and develop the headcount on the team while being responsible for the performance of the Bing channel between regular Weekly Business Reviews and larger scale evaluations of channel health and contribution to Performance Marketing goals. Responsible for growing the paid marketing business. Run several tests to understand what will drive GMB growth, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer experience and brand perception. Manage the test roadmap to achieve these goals. Work with team to ideate and prioritize tests to run each quarter. Create a test roadmap for Monday.com. Review and update the test roadmap at a regular cadence. Decide the methodology, timeline for the tests, and the success criteria for rollout. Work with channel managers to implement and run tests. Monitor performance during tests, and investigate and resolve any issues that come up. Lead a weekly experimentation sync with the team to get updates, review performance, and enhance tests based on feedback. Partial telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.

What you will bring:

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Special Skill Requirements:

1.    Experience with Data Analytics (2 years).  
2.    Experience with Digital Marketing for performance-driven and lower funnel activity (2 years).
3.    Experience with Paid Search for both Text Ads & Shopping Ads exposure (2 years). 
4.    Experience with Performance Marketing for performance-driven and lower funnel activity (2 years). 
5.    Experience with A/B Testing in a Performance Marketing channel within the ecommerce industry (2 years). 
6.    Experience with SQL, including the ability to process large data volumes through internal data bases (2 years).
7.    Experience with Google and Microsoft Ads of campaign operations (2 years).

Salary: $114,379-$167,905 per annum; 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
