From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership across Maps, Waze, and Ads to develop analytical frameworks for understanding and improving business and financial performance.
  • Provide executive management in Geo Consumer with clear, actionable insights into drivers of user metrics, revenue, costs, market trends, risks, and opportunities, leading to revenue growth and product decisions.
  • Identify and implement metrics and reporting tools to measure business results and success. Deliver monthly business reporting to align Geo and Ads stakeholders on performance and drivers.
  • Partner with product leadership, across Geo and Ads, to evaluate, structure, and execute business plans and growth initiatives.
  • Manage annual and long range Geo business planning by partnering with Geo and cross-functional teams, across Revenue and Investments (OpEx, CoS).

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
  • 2 years of experience working with SQL and one object-oriented programming language such as C, C++, C#, Objective-C, Java, or Python.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Ads.
  • Ability to be independent, thrive in an unstructured environment, navigate ambiguity, bring clarity, and structure as you go.
  • Excellent problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate with the management team.
  • Excellent leadership, influencing and communication skills, including ability to create and foster strong cross-functional networks and manage without authority.
  • Outstanding people skills and ability to convey complex messages clearly and concisely to different audiences.
