Sr. Product Marketing Manager, AWS Product Marketing, Amazon Connect
Are you an experienced marketer who loves bringing product value propositions to life through great storytelling? Do you enjoy working with customers and engineering teams to build products that delight users?
Product Marketing is critical to building the right products for customers and creating differentiated value propositions that form the core of our storytelling. Product Marketing managers work closely with customers, product and field teams, analysts, and press, synthesizing diverse perspectives and connecting the dots between customers and AWS capabilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for Amazon Connect and related customer experience capabilities. You'll craft compelling stories and content—presentations, whitepapers, infographics, webinars, customer success stories, product videos—that land our value proposition. You'll demonstrate an understanding of Amazon Connect customers, our product, and the market while regularly engaging with customers, analysts, and partners to drive advocacy. You'll plan and execute marketing initiatives at events to showcase Amazon Connect innovation and work closely with AWS field teams to maintain internal sales hubs with current resources and enablement content. You'll partner with marketing teams across web, campaigns, demand generation, field, and events to drive global marketing initiatives, continuously measuring and improving product marketing effectiveness.
AWS offers over 200 fully featured services from data centers globally. You'll work on Amazon Connect's AI-powered customer experience platform, along with related Analytics, Developer Tools, Databases, Agentic, Observability, and Security capabilities.
We are looking for builders with experience working directly with customers, analyzing data from multiple sources, and who thrive working with engineering teams to influence product outcomes while building value propositions that educate and inspire customers. We seek individuals who can operate at both broad and deep levels, understand our technology with the same depth our customers do, and think like a technologist and business leader simultaneously.
