Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of medium and large size businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
- Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
- Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
- Establish credibility with executives and serve as a trusted partner to optimize and expand their advertising investment.
- Drive sustained customer growth by strategically closing agreements that include multi-quarter and annual budget agreements, and ensuring their fulfilment over time.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in an advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Ukrainian fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and engaged selling in the Ukrainian market.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
- Excellent leadership and high-executive functioning skills within the digital marketing space.
