The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Provide the required software development and project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
- Work closely with Software Engineers, Quality Auditors, Product Managers and other Engineering and Business teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project life-cycle (build, test and release on time).
- Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to Technical Infrastructure stakeholders.
- Lead several technical programs for the AI2 organization, setting priorities for products and engineering, leading cross-functional teams to take products to market, ensuring success metrics are informing future efforts, and quickly fine tuning the program as needed.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity and scope.
- Ability to use technical judgment to build consensus, drive projects, schedule, plans, and execution, and communicate status to the stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, define requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally and globally to improve processes and tools.
