As the owner of YouTube’s holistic CTV story, you will influence key initiatives ranging from auction and reserve to shoppability and creator. You will act as the vital link between sales, GTM, and product leadership, guiding decisions on creator business generation, content investment, and format innovation. In this role, you will bridge the gap between commercial needs and product development to drive value for our users and advertisers.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Report on business motions and goals, acting as a strategic liaison between Product and Go-to-Market (GTM)/Sales teams to ensure alignment on business goals.
- Ensure YouTube has the right solutions deployed in key markets, utilizing market intelligence and insights to inform cross-functional teams and product development.
- Improve business generation for content and creators via product enhancements, new ad solutions, and strategic investments.
- Create and refine claims and messaging for market activation, ensuring a consistent and compelling story across regions.
- Develop and cultivate product solutions for direct response advertisers, specifically highlighting the potential of the second screen experience and shoppable Connected TV (CTV).
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
- Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales).
- Expertise in the Google Ads or Display and Video 360 (DV360).
- Understanding of the creator ecosystem, including YouTube's solutions and other social platforms, and how brands leverage creator content for paid amplification.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both practitioner and executive-level contexts.
