Program Manager, Formats In Auction Supply Chain

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Track Purchase Order (PO) deviations and manage high-priority escalations for Long-Lead Materials (LLM) through the full life-cycle from issuance to integrator assembly and final shipment.
- Manage the virtual inventory pipeline and inventory-sit tracking to ensure "Just-In-Time" delivery. Maintain 100% site availability through real-time transit visibility, eliminating the need for local storage.
- Review upcoming deliveries within a three-week window to preemptively mitigate schedule risks.
- Lead bi-weekly calls with Formats In Auction (FIA) Owner Negotiated and Contractor Procured (ONCP) vendors. Enforce contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure all progress is validated with evidence like tracking numbers and invoices.
- Track KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD). Serve as the primary interface for the Client/Panel Management Company (PMC) team, relaying critical escalations and synthesizing site feedback for leadership.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, construction, project management or relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or project coordination in data center, construction, or technology manufacturing.
- Experience with data analysis and tracking using spreadsheets (e.g., advanced spreadsheet software) or supply chain management software.
- Experience in KPI generation and performance reporting to executive leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and leading structured cross-organizational meetings.
- Experience with Python.
- Ability to identify, prioritize, and escalate critical path issues to prevent project delays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
