💻 Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee local marketing strategy and explore new opportunities and channels to grow the Tise community in Australia
  • Plan, develop, and execute local events, collaborations and marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, growth, and engagement in the Australian market
  • Evaluate campaigns and activities to ensure we meet our goals and continuously improve
  • Ensure brand consistency across all our channels and activities
  • Guide and mentor Marketing Coordinators, Content Creators, or interns in executing local strategies and community activations
  • Work closely with global teams, like Brand and Performance at the Oslo HQ

🌟 Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer, lifestyle, fashion, or tech industries.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (social media, influencer marketing, paid advertising, content, events, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of the Australian market and trends – especially among young adults
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Experience leading projects and collaborating cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
