Responsibilities
Collaborating with business stakeholders to identifying opportunities, investigating requirements, and recommending projects for the RL sales capability roadmap. Assessing impact, scoping, resourcing, and timelines for effective roadmap planning. Designing and enabling capabilities by crafting innovative solutions, supported by robust business requirements and meticulous project and risk management. Driving communication with end-user stakeholders and functional teams critical to solution execution, including solutions architects, analytics, engineering, and sales enablement. Maintaining accurate and accessible project materials (discovery, requirements, user stories, testing scenarios) and providing regular progress. Supporting the adoption of new solutions by collaborating with training teams, ensuring effective user enablement, accurate documentation, and handover to scale support teams.
Qualifications
Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalency) in Business Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Management, Math, Finance, Economics, or related field and 6 years of work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation Requires 5 years of experience in each of the following skills Enterprise business strategy, finance, sales planning, or process optimization Drive sales performance and efficiency improvements with a robust approach to project or program management across teams Consumer electronic sales, account management and retail processes, systems and tooling such as Google Suite, Business Intelligence Tools (eg Tableau), Salesforce (or similar) tools Experience translating complex business needs into practical, durable, and adaptable solutions and Translate technical terminology in order to drive understanding and buy-in from a varied range of stakeholders
Compensation: $191,000/year to $209,770/year + bonus + equity + benefits
