Meta is seeking a Director of Compensation to join our Total Rewards Organization (TRO). This role will design/ build strategic, innovative, competitive, data-driven compensation offerings to support the business and talent needs across the technology pillars of Cross-Meta Foundations (XF), with a key focus on our Infrastructure pillar. This role will be a key strategic partner for multiple Business leaders and HRBPs.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders & HRBPs to enable business outcomes by way of strategically influencing decisions aligned with Meta’s Compensation Philosophy Partner with a team of compensation professionals, with a focus on strengthening strategic partnership across Business and HR Be a trusted advisor to HRBPs and Business leaders, take accountability on compensation decisions and strategy must be able to influence and drive decisions at executive leadership levels Demonstrate solid understanding of business priorities, challenges and partners to strengthen our ability to attract, grow and retain top talent Collaborate with cross-functional partners including HR, Business, Legal, Finance and other stakeholders to drive strategic compensation solutions in a consistent manner Lead with internal & market insights to drive compensation solutions with stakeholders. This involves providing project leadership and focusing on driving key outcomes As a member of compensation leadership team, be a thought leader, influencer and collaborator on a range of Compensation and Total Rewards topics Partner closely with the recruiting organization to help Meta hire the best talent

Qualifications

15+ years of compensation experience including experience in leading and influencing key executives and stakeholders 5+ years managing compensation for tech functions Ability to work cross-functionally, build partnerships and influence stakeholders Demonstrated success leading large-scale, complex organizational transformation initiatives Ability to synthesize complex data, market insights, and business needs into actionable strategies BA/BS or MBA in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or similar field

Compensation: $230,000/year to $293,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
