Value Realization and Commercial Strategy Lead

In this role, you will work directly with Google’s most strategic business customers and provide business value consulting, transformation, and cloud financial management expertise, while engaging with customers to accelerate their innovation and transformation to Google Cloud. This role is part of the delta Innovation & Transformation team within Google Cloud Consulting. Our mission is to delight customers with distinctive services that deliver value with Google Cloud. Your role will include developing compelling offerings and go-to-market initiatives through collaboration across delta practices, PSO, Sales, and Google Cloud Consulting Account Leads to generate pipeline, wins, and cloud consumption by aligning on key business priorities and goals through a well-thought out customer success plan. In addition, you will support the development of highly-specialized products and services for Google Cloud customers through leading business model design, pricing strategy, and cost assessment for customer projects.
Note that you will be expected to travel up to 40% of the time.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and refinement of our delta value realization proposition, ensuring it resonates with target customers and differentiates us in the market.
- Foster relationships with key customers and stakeholders at a strategic level to gain insights into their unique challenges and business goals. Leverage these insights to craft compelling business value cases for our delta offerings.
- Manage and lead the implementation of the value realization initiatives to ensure customers harness the full potential of our solutions by establishing metrics and KPIs to measure and monitor value delivered.
- Support delta leadership to develop an integrated set of cross delta service offerings and identify opportunities to drive scalable and actionable go-to-market strategies.
- Drive delivery and lead delta projects including cross-functional team members, and engage directly with customers to strategize, design, and implement solutions.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in strategy consulting or financial/value engineering, driving business transformation and technology strategy for C-level executives in enterprises globally.
- Experience delivering customer-facing engagements to build business cases for technology enabled change and product development using qualitative and quantitative analysis to support recommendations.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified in one or more cloud certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Digital Leader, FinOps Certified Practitioner).
- Experience working with C-level leaders across business and technology to deliver business transformation and achieve value realization from cloud technology investment.
- Experience in technology strategy with enterprise companies.
- Experience leading teams and inspiring team mates, including practice management and operations, methodology development, business development support, pre-sales, executive relationship management, and managing delivery of complex consulting engagements.
