Amazon Web Services Infrastructure Services team provides comprehensive technical support throughout the design, planning, delivery, and operation of Amazon Web Services infrastructure. We support data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure the customers of Amazon Web Services have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain — and we’re looking for talented people who want to help.
You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations technical support managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across Amazon and our operating partners to help Amazon Web Services deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for the customers. We're seeking a Logistics Technical Support Specialist to join the Amazon Web Services China Infrastructure team. In this role, you'll provide support and expertise for logistics operations in data centers under Amazon Web Services China Regions.

- Experience as a logistics professional supporting inventory cycle counts, shipments, maintenance, stock control functions and reverse logistics

We're seeking a Logistics Technical Support Specialist to join the Amazon Web Services China Infrastructure team. In this role, you'll provide support and expertise for logistics operations in data centers under Amazon Web Services China Regions.
Key job responsibilities
- Provide technical support for receiving, stowing, picking, packaging, and shipping processes
- Support inventory accuracy maintenance and availability monitoring
- Coordinate with operating partners, internal stakeholders, vendors, and procurement teams to help optimize inventory levels
- Provide technical guidance for storage facility management and administration
