The Growth Marketing team’s mission is to create personalized, impactful marketing strategies that inspire user engagement and long-term retention! We use data and insights to craft meaningful experiences across the entire customer journey. Our culture prioritizes experimentation, shared success, and relentless focus on customer outcomes.
As a Senior Growth Engagement Manager, you will lead the development and execution of lifecycle marketing programs. You’ll bring a strategic lens to engagement campaigns, leveraging automation, segmentation, and experimentation to deepen user relationships.

What you’ll do
- Lead and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to increase user engagement and retention
- Create personalized, automated campaign journeys that speak to segmented audiences
- Run A/B tests and experiments to optimize content, timing, and targeting
- Partner with teams across Product, Data Science, Creative, and Marketing to launch new initiatives
- Analyze performance and continuously refine campaigns for improved results
What you bring
- 8+ years of experience in lifecycle or engagement marketing, preferably in a digital-first environment
- Strong command of marketing automation platforms and analytics tools
- Hands-on SQL or similar querying experience for audience targeting and data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to create data-informed, customer-centric strategies
- Strong communicator with a collaborative approach
