This internship is structured as a fixed-term assignment of approximately 12 months, with the potential for extension subject to the approval of both parties.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Sales Support Intern to join our dynamic team in Mexico. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Intel's cutting-edge technologies, including openVINO, vPro, Xeon, and AI PC. As an intern, you will work closely with our sales and engineering teams, engaging with customers and contributing to projects that support Intel's business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Assist in the preparation, configuration, and validation of demonstrations using Intel technologies.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical presentations and training materials.

·       Document technical results, create comparative reports, and provide reference materials for internal and customer use.

·       Participate in proof-of-concept projects with customers and partners, contributing to innovative solutions.

·       Engage in internal sessions for innovation, training, and technology updates, enhancing your technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

This position is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Fluent in English.

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field)

Preferred Qualifications:

- 3+ months of knowledge or experience in:

  • Strong interest in technology and a desire to learn about Intel's product portfolio.
  • Basic understanding of data centers, cloud computing, and enterprise technology solutions is a plus.
  • Experience with or knowledge of Intel technologies such as Intel vPro, Intel Core, and Hybrid Clouds.
  • Previous internship or work experience in a technology-related field.
  • Familiarity with competition analysis and technical comparisons.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networks.
  • Preferably experience in programming (Python, C++, or similar).
A candidate who accepts an offer of employment in Mexico is required to present their own personal identification information and numbers for the following: Mexican Security Number (NSS), Tax Identification Number (RFC) and CURP identification number.

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. However, you must live and work from the country specified in the job posting, in which Intel has a legal presence.
