Responsibilities
- Contribute to software development for Internal CAD tool and automation infrastructure.
- Document and standardize Physical Design CAD (PDCAD) processes for broad team adoption.
- Maintain and support automation scripts for PDCAD flows to ensure efficiency.
- Assist in evaluating new EDA tools, specifically for 3DIC (Three-Dimensional Integrated Circuit) flow development efforts.
- Collaborate with design teams to debug flow issues and implement productivity solutions.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related
field, or equivalent practical experience. - 3 years of experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools and flows and electronic design automation (EDA) tools and methodologies.
- Experience with physical design flow such as floor planning, place and route, or physical verification.
- Experience with Python or C++.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience developing methodologies or flows specifically for 3DIC technology.
- Experience in advanced technology nodes.
