The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Finance Lead for all things Fan Funding, from Planning and Analysis (P&L) oversight and analytics to being a thought leader on how to accelerate growth of the product portfolio, distilling insights to help drive critical decision-making and investment trade-offs.
  • Partner with key products and business leaders to support innovation and sustainability in YouTube Fan Funding product portfolio.
  • Own the monthly, annual, and long-term forecasting, budgeting and planning, variance/reconciliation process for YouTube Fan Funding.
  • Complete ad hoc business analyses and present insights to executive YouTube and Google leadership that include data-driven recommendations that guide decisions.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL and SAP.
  • Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment; comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
  • Ability to persuade through disciplined use of data; comfort distilling complex topics into concise narratives for executive consumption.
  • Ability for exceptional dexterity with presentation and spreadsheet tools.
  • Excellent Investigative, communication and teamwork skills.
