In this role, you will lead a team of UX engineers working on a spectrum of extended reality (XR) devices, from glasses to virtual reality (VR) headsets. You will foster a culture of technical excellence and creative problem-solving, guiding the team to transform conceptual ideas into functional, high-fidelity prototypes that define the future of XR interaction. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $224,000-$315,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of UX engineers to implement versatile front-end solutions to web development issues.
  • Explore product concepts to find promising directions that address both human and business needs.
  • Advise, collaborate with, and synthesize feedback from UX designers and researchers.
  • Deliver engaging prototypes using the latest in front-end technologies.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a technical, UX, or design environment.
  • 5 years of experience managing people or teams.
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks and programming languages (e.g., C#, Kotlin, or Javascript).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience managing programs.
