The US base salary range for this full-time position is $77,000-$110,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Provide strategic administrative support including managing complex global calendars, coordinating international travel, and preparing for business-critical meetings and events.
- Drive projects and initiatives from initiation to completion, proactively solving problems and establishing structure in ambiguous situations. Demonstrate excellent judgment and discretion to support projects and establish trust with cross-functional partners.
- Act as a trusted business partner to leadership and cross-functional teams, exercising excellent judgment and discretion while handling highly confidential information.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the Executive/Administrative Business Partner (E/ABP) community. Act quickly to problem solve, be resourceful, and prioritize. Be an advocate and role model to culture and program manage organization wide culture initiatives.
- Plan, manage and execute business critical internal and external meetings (e.g., virtual and in person), assisting with content development and conducting corresponding follow-ups on action items.
Minimum qualifications:
- 2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience in supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
