You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall portfolio driving consistent metrics, reviewing investment health, defining governance, and working with leads (Engineering, Technical Program Managers, Product Managers) across AI2 to deliver towards the company level goals for power efficiency.
  • Partner with Finance and Engineering to ensure the portfolio metrics and finance impact are durable and deliver the maximum impact in the short and long term.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and leaders to develop and deliver a power efficiency strategy and pipeline of projects.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in machine learning platforms and systems with the knowledge of design and deployment of these systems.
  • Understanding the software stack.
  • Ability to drive and land complex cross-functional programs in infrastructure efficiency, especially in the area of compute, storage, and machine learning hardware/software resource efficiency programs for the data center.
  • Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent engineering program management, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
