Responsibilities
Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to help inform, influence, support, and execute business decisions Develop compensation models and conduct statistical analysis Analyze trends in compensation and build intelligence through reporting. Work with recruiting and leaders to develop offers Obtain a thorough understanding of our data sources and collection methods Work with large amounts of data and build mechanisms to streamline processes. Foster strong cross-functional partnership with Meta recruiting teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, (or a foreign equivalent) Finance, Human Resources or a related field and two years in the job offered or a related field or a consulting related field Requires 2 years of experience in the following: Build analyses and models using Excel Manage projects, including overseeing change management and ensuring timelines are met Research and assess current and future compensation packages for market competitiveness Analyze and audit competitor offer data to provide insights Model data for leadership consumption Work with stakeholders to achieve hiring goals
Compensation: $159,446/year to $198,880/year + bonus + equity + benefits
