As the Central Technical Program Manager (TPgM) for AI Powered Google (AIPG), you will be the primary architect of execution for one of the company’s complex and ambitious transformations. You will oversee a horizontal program aimed at scaling AI impact by 2026, transitioning Google into a next-generation agentic enterprise.

In this role, you will navigate ambiguity, arbitrate technical standards across all Core pillars, and serve as the main connective tissue between the AIPG Steering Committee, Core Labs, and Product Areas. You will be responsible for ensuring that hundreds of ambient agents converge into a unified, scalable ecosystem rather than fragmented silos.

The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google’s flagship products. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. These are the essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation for every developer. We look across Google’s products to build central solutions, break down technical barriers and strengthen existing systems. As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company.
