Join Intel's Global Workforce Mobility team within our HR organization and play a key role in supporting the Immigration function. This position is ideal for an experienced Project Manager with strong data management and analytical skills, as managing complex, dynamic data is central to the role. You'll support global projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders and suppliers, and ensure seamless execution in a fast-paced environment. Although this role sits within the HR/Immigration organization, experience in these areas is not essential.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Manage the Immigration project plan for a global complex, ever-changing project with multiple parallel workstreams at any time, including managing actions from multiple stakeholders and suppliers
- Strong Excel data management will be required to manage the complex ever-changing employee data via multiple different data sources.
- Manage supplier project roadmap and ensure our suppliers are meeting Intel standards for service delivery in line with the project plan.
- Work in a fast paced, dynamic environment to support issue resolution
- Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners, stakeholders, and understand and manage customer expectations.
- Manage project implementation, recommend, develop, and implement solutions to complex issues in line with the project plan based on data analysis.
- Partnering with cross functional teams within the broader global project team.

This is an Intel Contract Employee (ICE) position and relocation will not be provided. This is a 10–12-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension. Extension is subject to mutual agreement between the candidate and the business
Qualifications:
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel's immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts degree or Bachelor of Science degree.
- 4+ years of applicable work experience in a Project Management / Business Analyst role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience managing complex global projects
- Experience managing stakeholder/supplier relationships
- Experience working in a global organization across multiple time zones

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $52,000.00-$200,000.00The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
