Product Marketing Manager, Google Play (Fixed-Term Contract) (English, Korean)
Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
Responsibilities
- Support development of annual strategy and plans for Google Play marketing in Korea and gain alignment with regional and global marketing teams.
- Manage campaigns and programs across the fixed term, ensuring that project management is set up to execute the campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners (i.e., developers and payment partners) to initiate experiments and expand programs across Korea for business growth.
- Establish an understanding of our user base and its similarities and nuances across different countries, through research and data analytics and provide insights to achieve buyer growth.
- Manage market impact measurement for the market to ensure that we are measuring our impact in an accurate manner.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.
