Data and Measurement Solution Lead, LCS (Fixed-Term Contract) (English)

Responsibilities
- Develop and own the holistic Data and Measurement road map across Data Strength, Activation as well as Media effectiveness approaches). Ensure the integration of these into the customer plan and Joint Business Plan.
- Translate data and measurement concepts into strategies for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Serve as a thought leader on the future of measurement, helping clients and internal teams navigate industry changes and opportunities.
- Develop and deliver engaging industry-specific pitches for measurement solution and first-party (1p) data solutions to advertisers and executives in Germany.
- Lead projects that span across different product areas and stakeholders on the advertiser, partner and Google side (including privacy-dedicated counterparts) and drive adoption of advanced Data and Measurement solutions for the Retail industry and manage objections across Google’s Marketing solutions.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working in digital or offline advertising.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in business growth, brand health/tracking or audience measurement, and with local market research.
- Experience working in a consultative role to translate customer actions and recommendations.
- Knowledge of Ad effectiveness and brand measurement ecosystems.
- Ability to communicate in German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Excellent people management, presentation, influencing, customer-facing, and communication skills.
