The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$148,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Create forward-thinking and data-driven stories, narratives, and pitches to support client/partner business (e.g., marketing events) or help clients/partners understand and reach their consumers using industry, marketing or third-party research.
- Be a catalyst for continuous improvement within our agreements operations. You will document troubleshooting resolutions, scale best practices, and develop comprehensive resources that will establish you as a VIP subject matter expert within the Global Client and Agency Solutions (GCAS) organization.
- Provide consultation on unique and non-standard agreements structures. You will triage requests, assess technical feasibility, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial, legal, product/engineering and accounting considerations are addressed.
- Act as the lead diagnostician, identifying and resolving issues that impede incentive redemption.
- Own the end-to-end agreements execution journey for our global clients.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media (e.g. search, social, mobile, display, and video media).
- 3 years of experience creating customer-facing materials (e.g., pitches, narratives, or one-sheets) for sales teams.
- 3 years of experience in Consumer and Market Insights, media measurement, and privacy landscape.
- Experience with commercial negotiations.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience working cross-functionally.
- Ability to use data to collaborate on the operational strategy of customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent investigative skills.
