People Partner, AI Infrastructure

As a People Partner for AI Infrastructure, you'll be a key strategic advisor, working side-by-side with some of the world's exceptional minds. You'll use your expertise to build a culture of innovation, guide organizational design, and lead career growth, directly impacting how we develop AI technologies.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$297,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Identify organizational and talent gaps, and people needs to successfully execute business strategy, evaluating the talent landscape to inform resourcing and development plans within a medium to high complexity product area. Support leaders in selection and development of top leadership talent.
- Lead efforts to improve organizational health by monitoring trends and metrics related to new, undefined, or multi-dimensional problems, maintaining a pulse on the culture, speaking truth to leadership, and sponsoring a broad workforce.
- Build strong relationships with leaders and provide sound HR guidance on future or undefined problems, balancing client, business, and company needs against risks, with a focus on people consequences and reactions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader within the client organization, advising several VPs across many countries and job families in the development of people plans.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
- Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to garner consensus from internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, surrounding new ideas and strategies.
- Ability to effectively communicate across audiences, situations, and contexts in both a written and verbal format.
