Responsibilities
- Lead the resolution of technical tests.
- Manage cross-organizational stakeholders and promote relationships with teams. Collaborate and coach a distributed team of engineers.
- Act as a technical pillar for the organization, provide design guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to promote a culture of engineering excellence.
- Design and build production-grade Search platform systems to meet the needs of Search stakeholders across the organization.
- Author and guide the production of end-to-end technical designs, prioritizing thinking, architectural health, and quality implementation.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin or Go.
- 5 years of experience in testing and launching software products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, with leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience with working in a matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
- Experience with Generative AI or Agentic AI technologies.
- Ability to drive architectural changes across multiple teams and stakeholders.
