As a Data Center Security Manager, you deliver full pieces of a project and make significant contributions with minimal guidance. The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $101,000-$144,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage the compliance, security, and risk management program at the Data Center campus or related infrastructure, including site security incidents, escalations, guard contract management, and all other physical security-related issues.
  • Provide after-hours on-call management support and act as the primary point of contact during emergent, large-scale event response, or crisis management when needed.
  • Execute investigations related to Code of Conduct and other business violations, including worker injuries and security incidents; perform straightforward Threat, Vulnerability, and Risk Assessments (TVRA).
  • Implement established compliance processes aligned with CSRM policies, standards, guidelines, and relevant legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Manage security-related costs through budgeting, forecasting, and invoice control for the assigned campus, providing financial analysis and input for security requirements.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience managing, sourcing, or procuring business resources and vendors.
  • 5 years of experience coordinating or managing resources for data center locations, and leading operational or project based work and tasks.
  • Experience working with physical security, investigations, compliance, or risk management.
  • Experience working with current security technology including access control and CCTV.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience developing and deploying processes to mitigate risk.
  • 2 years of experience leading security operations and developing strategies for security programs.
  • Experience in managing a contracted workforce.
  • Experience managing a contracted workforce within a systems-intensive or tech-driven environment on a daily basis.
