Product Solutions Engineer, Monetization, Payments Platform
In gTech Users and Products (gUP), our mission is to advocate for Google’s users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. We achieve this by meeting partners and consumers where they are with support and help, representing their needs with our product partners and proposing fixes and features that elevate their engagement with Google's diverse product ecosystem. Additionally we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration, and more).
As a Product Solutions Engineer on the Payments Platform team, you will play a crucial role in enabling Google's own products and services to monetize their offerings effectively. You will partner directly with some of Google's key product teams, such as Fiber, Shopping, Android, and Chrome, acting as their trusted technical advisor on all things payments. Your work will directly contribute to Google's business growth and global expansion.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between our internal partners' business generation goals and the capabilities of the Google Payments Platform. You will leverage your technical expertise to design and implement payment solutions, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for automation and product improvement. You will also guide partners through geographic expansions, new feature launches, and planning, ensuring a seamless and reliable payment experience for Google's users worldwide.
