The CoS ensures that the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer and leadership team are successful in driving strategy and execution across the function at Intel. They deeply understand the market as well as Intel's strategy, the business, manage strategic and detail-oriented topics and represent the leader and the function. They make decisions independently in the best interest of the organization. Their position plays a key role in sensing and working directly with the broader organization and staff to help set and orchestrate priorities and understand gaps. They also work with other senior executives across Intel and external stakeholders.
The role provides high performing, high potential professionals with an opportunity for accelerated business and leadership learning through a unique assignment reporting to and receiving mentoring directly from their executive.Roles and Responsibilities. The CoS plays an integral role in widening the overall reach and capacity of their executive. The environment requires a self-driven, influential, resilient individual who can manage ambiguity and deliver results to tight deadlines. The CoS is expected to be a collaborative leader and a mentor, capable of exercising influence over a broad set of senior internal and external stakeholders, assigning ownership, holding others accountable, trustworthy with sensitive information and able to clearly articulate diverse ideas.
Responsibilities include:
- Focusing and supporting CMCO and Staff on top strategic priorities
- Partner closely with team to drive strategic planning, execution and alignment
- Drive cross functional initiatives and ensure timely execution of key priorities and operational excellence
- Developing agenda, content, and managing logistics for multiple meetings and forums including their staff, customer meetings, travel and employee forums
- Preparing the CMCO for regular internal updates and communications, in close partnership with team
- Preparing the CMCO for all internal and external engagements, in close partnership with Comms
- Lead special projects and initiatives
- Experience in business strategy with a proven ability to translate strategic priorities into action/execution
- Strong acumen of the technology industry, the broader ecosystem, and the key market drivers
- Knowledge of Intel's products, technologies, business strategies and processes
- Disciplined project/process management, multitasking ability, strong analytical capability with superior attention to quality and detail
- Ability to understand interdependencies between organizations, establish a diverse network and lead with a team-oriented attitude
- Excellent written and oral communications skills capable of synthesizing and abstracting complex information into clear messages for multiple audiences including executives, customers, and employees
- Proven ability to engage with senior executives and manage high performing teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree
3+ years experience in a Chief of Staff role
5+ years Project and Process Management

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $198,050.00-279,600.00 USDThe range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
