Job Description: 

The Enterprise Architecture Services team provides processes and tools to design and develop enterprise architecture solutions that support Intel's growth. We are looking for a motivated Student to assist in managing software products and related processes, focusing on data analytics, license management, and product management.

As an intern, learns and applies knowledge, builds skills, and explores future career opportunities through hands-on experience and projects that support Intel business goals in a collaborative environment.

The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in analyzing software product capabilities and identifying optimization opportunities.

  • Contribute to initiatives that simplify Intel's software landscape and reduce redundancy.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to software usage and license compliance.

  • Support license tracking and optimization activities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and cost efficiency of software.

  • Help monitor unsupported or prohibited software installations.

  • Assist in communication and resolution of user issues related to software compliance.

Qualifications:

A successful candidate will have proven experience demonstrating the following skills and behavioral traits:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data accurately.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and diverse working styles.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

  • Student Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Familiarity with data analysis techniques (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
  • Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
  • The candidate must commit to working 22.5 hours minimum to 36 hours maximum per week.
  • Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

  • Experience in Software license management tools and processes.
  • Experience in product management Experience in utilizing AI tools.
